Will the somewhat less dust in atlantic change conditions to more favorable soon? Read update at link below and any comments are welcomed.

cyclone have any idea of what pct of ull actually get down to the surface to get a tropical enity?
Im guessing 20 pct?

A low % of ULL'S get to the surface and those which does so take many days to reach the surface.

My guess would be less than 5%. Very few ever make it to the surface. It really takes a lot of things coming together just right for that to happen. In fact it takes a lot of things coming together just right for any TC to form, much less form from an ULL.
