1. THIS CANCELS REF A.
THIS SUSPECT AREA IS NOW LOCATED NEAR 23.3N8 116.0E8, OVER-
LAND, APPROXIMATELY 120 NM EAST-NORTHEAST OF HONG KONG, CHINA.
RECENT ANIMATED MULTISPECTRAL SATELLITE IMAGERY REVEALS THAT
THE SYSTEM HAS TRACKED OVERLAND AND IS NOT FORECAST TO TRACK
OVER OPEN WATER AGAIN. BASED ON THE LOW LEVEL CIRCULATION
CENTER BEING OVERLAND, THE SYSTEM IS NO LONGER CONSIDERED
SUSPECT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A TROPICAL CYCLONE WITHIN
THE NEXT 24 HOURS.//
