Gulf

The Gulf is the only area of interest in the tropics other than the covection near the Bahamas. Still the Gulf has a ULL over the western portion and development probably wont occur. the Gulf has alot of energy just no deep convection. Just something to watch over the next couple days. Maybe something may form in a couple days if that trough leaves something behind.

sounds logical, if the ull comes down to the surface.
Which usually takes a little time, if it does.
