These "gentlemen" are presently President and Vice President respectively. Teresa Heinz-Kerry isn't even First Lady.
I think the real problem is that she's a woman who has ambition (a cardinal sin for a woman but not a man) and isn't afraid to speak her mind (another sin).
Here in Barbados, our Deputy Prime Minister is a woman who gets a lot of flak for those very reasons.

Silvio Berlusconi was born in Milan in 1936 and has a degree in law. In 1962 he began his career as a property developer.

In June 1999 he was re-elected Member of the European Parliament with three million votes. From 1996 to 2001 he was leader of the opposition in Parliament. On May 13, 2001 he won the general election as the leader of the "Casa delle Libertà" coalition with 18 and a half million votes.

That is my way of looking at different sides of the issue and my (not the greatest maybe) decision making process of where I stand on an issue.
And believe me, I try to see it from your pov, but in the end, it's mine that I will attack or defend as necessary.

I've always like Teresa Kerry, even if she was married to a Republican at one time. And married to two Skull and Bones.

But it's hardly the point. Chelsea might have, how should I know? That's a learned behaviour too, and you have to wonder what goes on in those Bright Young Minds when they're going it.

Easy. O'Reilly doesn't let his guest get a word in edgewise. He tells them to SHUDDUP. And he does that quite often. They all do, the right-wing radio gasbags. The moment someone starts to make a point, they cut him off then ridicule whatever comes to mind. Hannity on tv too.
Teresa was the guest being 'cut off', so she told him to 'shove it' and left. She didn't even raise her voice. (unlike O'Reilly)
Much like Cheney telling Leahy to f*off when he was being pestered about his Halliburton deals.
