Oh to be king for a day! It might have the honor of receiving the first TD number designation, but it looks like 98 will head off to the NE and oblivion, as it will likely be absorbed into that frontal boundary.

Alas...born in too high a latitude. Enjoy...it's just another tease from Mom Nature before she unloads the heavy artillery. :D

Very far north... seems like it wouldn't be tropical for very long. We'll have to see about this one! Nice convection though..
