29.85 and a steady drop all day for.......
Kingston, Jamaica. Wouldn't be too surprised if the Caribbean is sputtering toward something watchable.

Well if there was a circulation there it might matter, but there isn't. 29.85 is nothing, you get that all the time. Check out Bluefields Nicaragua, or any other central american obs. Generally you'll find them lower. I just don't think a pressure reading by itself is really worth discussion, but then, whatever floats your boat.

Pretty much nothing of interest occuring in the Caribbean tonight, the wave has once again become devoid of most and soon likely all of its convection.
Agreed with Kevin, pressures alone are not a tell tale sign of anything suspicious, there is no circulation worth nothing, lack of convection and overall structure, and no winds to suggest anything is brewing. Fact of the matter is, afternoon thunderstorms and convection associated with the westward moving ULL could have dropped the pressure slightly in Kingston. Nonetheless there is still nothing of interest going on here.
