New Wave or Old 97L near Cuba?
I think its The Old 97L...its been said that it already sped up an hit Mexico but i couldnt have gone that fast?

TWO and TWD do not associate it with 97L at all. Just call it a flare up of showers and storms with no development expected. It is not 97L. You need to add neither to the poll because it isn't a wave either. Wxman57 explains it elsewhere in this forum.
