What about this, although Ashcroft denies it?

Still, some of the blame rested with Ashcroft, according to Pickard. A second staff report quoted Pickard as saying Ashcroft told him in the summer of 2001 that “he did not want to hear” additional information about possible attacks, an allegation he repeated in his public testimony Tuesday.

8 months of Ashcroft versus 8 years of Freeh and Janet Reno. Hmmmmm. I believe Ashcroft.

Clinton Had 8 YEARS to Stop anything Like 9/11 but no His stupid staff and the liar himself did. NOTHING!!!!! He let Usama go free. Saudia Arabia had him for us in 1996 but no Clinton let him go. You make me laugh when you accuse Bush!   He had hardly any time to do anything about it.

Excuse me, since when did Saudia Arabia have UBL in 1996? Please show me a source so I can believe you. Explain to me when Clinton had Usama in his sites... In addition, even top counter-terror officials said that even IF UBL had been killed, 9/11 would have still went on along with other terrorist threats. Saudia Arabia is like a double-edged sword to us KC. They foment terrorists and terrorism, while giving us oil while we (the US) look the other way! Also, could you at least spell correctly? I also find it interesting that Saddam posed more of a threat than UBL, and we were also able to find Saddam in like 6 months, and we have been searching for Usama for almost 3 years!! I believe that Bush went after Saddam after he couldn't find UBL.

Ok that's fine. I respect that. However, do you agree with the Patriot Act then that Aschroft came up with?

IMO we caught Saddam..which is a big WMD to me. I want proof to know if this is false or not, i dont want it comming out of some radical democrate always trying to make things they arent. Clinton did squat during his terms...two terrorist attacks and doing nothing about it. Wouldnt it kinda click when you get another attack by the same terrorist. HELLO?! We should have gotten the bastards a long time ago...but clinton chose to sit in his oval office and have fun with Monica...Bush's rating on the handling of the War on Terror has skyrocketed...Kerry at a measly 35% and Bush at 50% for the month of July.

Two can play at this game...

Leading Republicans by 50-23 on which party is more trusted to handle health care.

Leading Republicans by 45-29 on handling education, a traditional Democratic issue that Republicans neutralized early in Bush’s term. Leading Republicans by 46-34 on handling the economy.

Tied with Republicans on handling of Iraq.

Tied with Republicans on handling foreign policy.

Iraq has become the top issue for the public and Bush’s public support on Iraq has not improved, even though the United States and its allies turned over authority to Iraqis in June.

Just over four in 10, 42 percent, approve of the president’s handling of Iraq — at the same low levels it has been in recent weeks.

For one, Sudan is NO WHERE NEAR Saudia Arabia.. they are are on two different continents for Christ sake! (sorry there) IT does also say that there is NO RELIABLE evidence that Sudan offered to give us UBL. Sudan has a history of vilence anyway, so why would they all of a sudden want to give us UBL??

Why not use satellites? Hmm? What about Pakistan? They are supposed to be our ally now. And also I hear of a story that we trained people to get him in Afghanistan during the Clinton administration! But they fell through and didn't catch him.

In addition, let me remind you.. WHO ARMED UBL and his followers?
