...SPECIAL FEATURE...

A STRONG TROPICAL WAVE IS LOCATED OVER THE CENTRAL CARIBBEAN
ALONG 77W/78W S OF 20N MOVING W 20 KT. THE WAVE HAD BEEN
SUFFERING FROM APPARENT WLY SHEAR. HOWEVER THE SHEAR DOES
APPEAR TO BE LESSENING THIS MORNING WITH CIRRUS CLOUDS FANNING
TO THE W OF THE SYSTEM. SLOW DEVELOPMENT POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT
FEW DAYS AS THE WAVE CONTINUES W. HEAVY RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE
OVER CUBA AND JAMAICA THROUGH TODAY AS THE SYSTEM MOVES TO THE
WNW. 2-3 INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE ALONG THE PATH OF THE
SYSTEM...BUT LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE OVER THE HIGHER
TERRAIN OF THE ISLANDS. ISOLATED MODERATE FROM 16N-20N BETWEEN
75W-81W.

If it continues to move as it is now regardless of what this wave does in the future it will go to the Yucatan Penninsula or to Belize.
