Doubtful it will develop in the Caribbean
Wow. I wasn't aware no storms have formed in his area from july 20 to July 31 for the last 100 years. That is some strong climatology. May have to wait til GOM, if it even heads that way. Now I know there is a 1st for everything but man.....
