#1 Postby Josephine96 » Tue Jul 20, 2004 7:22 pm

I don't know if any of you play board games at all.. But my favorite board games of all time have to be either Scrabble or Jeopardy.

I've also played some of the new 1's out on the market..A friend of mine even said I should consider "Fact or Fiction" {and NO not the 1 in the Games Thread or during Sportscenter lol}

Anyway.. what's you guys fave..

Used to play Checkers and Monopoly a lot. Now I play all my games on the computer, LOL! Have a Monopoly, Wheel of Fortune, and Jeopardy! CD and play others off websites.

I play Scrabble and Yahtzee very often with my mother. I lose a lot of Scrabble games, but overall I have gotten much better over the years and because I play so often.

I don't mind Monopoly and Trivial Pursuit, but don't play them all that often... Trivial Pursuit more often, but still not frequently. I can just about get one "pie piece," nevermind two.

Monopoly, Clue, Yahtzee were my favs.

Here's a good question to ask - does anyone else put two 500's in the middle of Monopoly, adding Community Chest and Chance fees, then winning this total amount if you land on Free Parking? In my family we always did that. When I met my husband Jim and tried doing this, I had to hear that this was cheating! My kids like playing this way and still, we all have to hear that it's cheating. But hey, it's a good way to rack up some bucks!

My favorites are Chutes & Ladders, Monopoly and Checkers, and well as a few of them I apparently forgot.
