Here's some background on the UN Oil for Food scandal that should give you Righties plenty of ammunition. They say 270 companies were in on it, mostly French, Russian, Indonesian.

The business dealings of Halliburton in Iraq are probably very similar to how the UN handled it -- what is getting them in all that hot water now.

IMO, that's why the Bush Admin won't let the records see the light of day. I suppose if you like secrets (with your taxdollars), you like Bush.

It's going to look just as bad for Halliburton. If it didn't, why not just show it for all the world to see?

I agree that the info should be made Public but also agree that they will never see the light of day since it could prove embarassing to a certain member of the Administration with the initials DC. Interesting, a Beltway Bandit having the same initials as the District.
