Usually Babe, Baby or sweetheart works pretty well. And as strange as this may sound we NEVER argue about anything.

Me and Steph don't use any of the "kiss up terms" (babe, baby, etc) we usually just call each other by our names. She calls me short sometimes, but then theres consequences, and the whole bunch... :P

With babe.. alot of girls call anyone that, just saying hi. "Hey babe" something like that. When a girl first said that to me i'm like "you high or something?" but its just something she says to everyone. But, it depends on the girl.

Just call him Love. *Laughs* Never could get into the whole babe thing.... and since he has two very different first names (one with family and one with friends) I rarely even call him by a name.

He calls me Lady or just Bekah :D

I almost always use a pet name, usually "honey". The only time I use "Chad" is when I'm mad, lol. Chad too, the only time he says "Jennifer" is when I'm driving him nuts, lol.

We've rarely used our first names, but instead have used the occasional "honey" or some other affectionate and soothing word.

These days, with the arrival of our first granddaughter, Kathy has become "Granny" and I am Papa or Poppy, as you know. Even between us.

Over the years, we have used other names from movies or various situations in life. I called her "Glenda," the witch from Wizard of Oz at the appropriate times.

These days, we are both known as "Mena" from time to time since granddaughter Emma refers to that name in reference to the movie "Finding Nemo."
