Pop-Up Notifications

Since I have gotten Norton AntiVirus and Internet Security, I have not been able to get the pop-ups that indicate that I have received a new Private Message.

I know that I need to make some modifications and allow just that one pop-up through, but would anyone know what "address" I would need to give the okay to.
