Jeopardy champ survives early push.. wins for 14th day

#1 Postby Josephine96 » Mon Jun 21, 2004 9:18 pm

Ken Jennings won for the 14th night in a row tonight pushing his winnings to well over $471,000.

After surviving an early $7,000 deficit.. he roared back and won.

The Final Jeopardy question was about an 1860s version of a dishwasher lol

All good things will eventually come to an end ... and so will his reign ... but ironically, I wonder if he does continue a long enough run to make a million, will he retire?

I kinda expect them to reinstate the 5-day rule again after this guy's reign of knowledge.

Your right, SF. It will end eventually. It's fun to watch though. :)

I don't know if they'd reinstate the 5 day rule.. But I'd kinda be ticked if they did.. This is a fun roll he's on..

Night 15...

Warning: Spoilers

He won again tonight, but missed the Final Jeopardy question about International partnerships. He ended up with somewhere just over $15,000, and has a 15-day total now of $486 some-odd thousand dollars. If he hits the half-million mark, it'll be tomorrow night.

Night 16...

WARNING!!! SPOILERS

He won again tonight and passed the $500,000 mark. He missed the final Jeopardy! question, but was still way ahead with a total of $26,000 something tonight. The woman next to him had about half that(got the Final right) and the last woman missed the Final and lost everything.

He'll be back tomorrow. :)
