Overnight Thunderstorm

#1 Postby ColdFront77 » Fri Mar 21, 2003 3:26 am

How about that, a thunderstorm has developed and moving toward my area. Hear thunder, but cannot see lightning. Going to look in a minute or two. This storm moved northeastward and was ahead of the line which was located in the eastern Gulf of Mexico late Thursday night into this morning.

This wasn't really in the forecast, which makes it more interesting. :)

Hi Cold front.

I got a real doozy of a thunderstorm at around 4:00am this morning as well (was not expecting it either!)

Lots of lightning, heavy wind and very very heavy rain. Yesterday afternoon a severe thunderstorm passed over as well. Very interesting weather day for us here in Florida yesterday. :)
