Niether.. YUK to both ;-) I am more the coke type of guy.. However I havent had soda in MONTHS.. I made the healthier swtich to Crystal lite :-)

The only Diet soda I can realy drink is Bargs Diet Root beer.. Taste just like regular root beer ;-)

Bonnie - I went with 7 up too. But I'm a big Pepsi drinker. Have to have my Pepsi on hand!!! It's funny though, I always gave my kids 7 up when they were sick. So now if any of us drink it, you feel sort of sick! Or at least it doesn't taste very refreshing! But it's easy on the stomach when you don't feel well.

Of those 2 sprite hands down. I dont mind 7 up but it just doesnt have that sweet juicy taste that sprite does imo.
