ITCZ Still Pretty Active

Isn't this kind of unusual so early in the hurricane season?

Looks like the SE Carribbean is in for some heavy duty rain in a few days time too. :D

Yes plenty of upper divergence going on down there as a tropical wave moves west and flares up.No tropical development but plenty of rain for you there abajan and this year Barbados has seen much more rain than in past years by this date.

No drought for you..Impressive large area of convection and moisture..

The ITCZ did move further north last month but nothing unusual..everything is right on schedule..
