Why bring Ashcroft into this?!! Typical!

Cause he was a named party to the lawsuit and he was the one who wanted to confiscate private medical records.

I've never posted something I didnt support. Most of the threads here I stay out of. But, I think it is natural and healthy to have dissension and debate over issues.

Yeah but with this issue i cannot see how anyone in thier right mind can argue for this. Sorry but IMHO you have to be one sick person and as well have ZERO values at all to support this kind of Murder and like Marshall said you WILL have to answer for it one way or another in the end.

I have morals. But I also support women's health. And this will save lives.

I am not a pro-abortion per se', but few are. I do, however support choice.

This was just a step for the Bushies to get at Roe. Hopefully this will be a step in stopping him.

What does murder have to do with womens health? What about the life of the baby? The woman gave up her right to choose when she had unprotected sex. Give the baby a chance at life!!

"Bushies"? LOL!! I knew you would turn this into a political agenda. You always do. Roe vs Wade needs to be overturned Period!

It is undoubtedly political.

I understand where the anti-choice crowd is coming from, I just do not happen to agree. The PBA's are used every rarely and usually to assist the health of the mother. And they really are no worse than regular abortions. Both are very disturbing procedures.

Nobody is running around begging to perform a PBA. I just like it that the option is there. I dont wanna see young mothers die or risk death when it can be avoided.

"anti-choice" Try Choose Life!

Out in Texas they used to abort a baby that is 5 months along. Do not give me that mumbo jumbo about it being used in the health of the Mother. Matter of fact it is totally the opposite.

So tell me, what do you think a baby looks like at 5 months?

This is not political! It has been an ongoing battle for years.

It is funny to me how you want the 4th ammendment protected from the Bushie crowd and Ashcroft. What have you got to hide?

This really isnt about me LindaLOO.

But I am a strong advocate for privacy rights. Especially medical records.

I am not a big fan of abortion, but I like the option to be there.

He wants to get someone pregnant and then have the option to abort the baby if he/she is not wanted. That is exactly what he means.
