Looks aren't that important, but since you're asking -- any color hair, as long as it's not short (although there are a few women that can pull that off and be attractive); brown eyes knock me out, but blue and green can be beautiful also; nice arms and abs rock (like Renee O'Connor); and any personality as long as she's honest and can be herself.
And it's "blonde," not "blond." Typically, "blond" is for reference to a male (I really don't think that's what you guys are attracted to) or unspecified gender. "Blonde" is the preferred usage for females.

Ok let me elaborate a little more here.
Along with the hair color i do prefer blue or green eyes and petite (meaning short). But mainly though they have to have a good heart with a sense of humor and not uptite all the time. Oh and i dont care for Kerry type of woman either. (Flip floppers) LOL.
