Convection North of Honduras

#1 Postby SCUBAdude » Mon May 31, 2004 12:48 pm

Any chance of it crossing the Yucatan, developing more convection with a low, moving into the Bay of Campeche and do some developing on the tail end of that front stretching across the Northern GOM? It does seem to be sitting under a ridge of high pressure right now that appears to be moving North with it. I've seen this happen before early in the season.
Any thoughts?
