You should vote. you can vote for whoever you want. you don't go to the polls to jsut vote for teh president BUNCH. You go to vote for local issues as well as local representatives. How can every single race be a vote for the lesser of two evils? That does not make sense to me.

Yes you're right about that. I still don't see why people are getting on Bunch. He just said there is no reason he should have to vote. I think it would be a good idea for him to vote, but if somehow he honestly doesn't care who is elected, then I can see why he wouldn't vote. but, that doesn't mean his voice should be in anyway considered less credible, as it seems some are stating. True his voice wouldn't be backed up by voting, but not voting shouldn't take anything away from voicing his opinion. but, on the other hand, voting is how you elect your representatives, and not voting means you have no official means by which to elect the candidate of your choosing.

He is not arguing that though. Read this thread again. He said he has a right to complain in general. It was a joke that turned into a poltical debate. LOL!! Read the whole thread.

weather53, as I said, I haven't made any actual complaints. Until I do, without actually having voted beforehand, get off my case, stop insulting me, and stop telling me what to do.

This thread is starting to go in circles now, between, "yes I can, BECAUSE," and "no you CAN'T. PERIOD."

You are not "simply pointing out" anything. You are calling me names, and telling me I have no right to a voice, simply because I've never voted. That is far more "whiny" and "silly" than anything I have posted thus far.

Show me where I said that I "wish to be a powerless victim." Better yet, respond to the challenge I presented in my previous post: Show me an actual complaint that I have made that justifies your insulting "whiny" comments. I haven't seen this challenge met yet.
