It'll probably go poof by 12 hours now

and even if it doesn't, it's too far south and will get intimate with South America in a couple of days.

That storm looks really impressive. I think it might form into something but its really early...the Cape Verde season dosnt start for another 3 months. But really it does look impressive and maybe has a chance for development.

Bears watching due to the impressive look to it, but I'm definitely on the side of climo on this one ... it'll likely lose itself within the next day or two ...

Am I missing something or does that look pretty weak to me. This blob if I can even call it that will fall apart. It is even weaker than when it came off africa. And I can tell by the look of the over all complex and the cirrus. Just too early in the year, folks.

Well it could do like TD 2 last year and develop, but I doubt it'll make it far. Climatology just isn't on our side.

Yep as expected it is weakening. But the train will continue to run off Africa in the next 4 months and by late July we will pay a more closer eye to that part of the world.
