Its very possible that this system was a TC earlier today im not sure it is now. Looks like its gotten sheared badly and im not even sure theres a circulation at the surface now. Shear could lessen..but then the system will encounter cooler SSt's and it moves NE. My guess is it could possibly be a subtropical/hybrid before all is said and done. No land will be affected though except for possibly Bermuda.

Wild guess ...it looked decent early this morning before I went to bed. Checked the loop after I got up and it doesnt look as good. There may have been a brief peiod of time when it was a TC.

The whole time the low has been separated from the main area of convection, I don't see when it was a TC.
