However it doesn't mean that it will develop but only they are talking about that system only in one big paragrafh separating it from the rest of discussion.
It has persisted overnight but moving at a good clip NE and the question is if there is a surface low near that convective ball or it is still SW of the convective area.I think it is removed from the ball of convection to the SW but visible pics will tell the story and ship reports too.The question is if a new low forms beneath the deep convection.Will MR SHEAR be the dominant factor to not let this system develop or will it decrease but so far SHEAR is winning.
