What's the difference between a Shelf Cloud and a Wall Cloud? Thanks!
Edit: Does it have anytihng to do with whether or not it's rotating or not?

There are differences.
Wall Cloud:
Shelf clouds are the exact opposite. They indicate downdrafts, move from and are sloped down away in respect to the precipitation shaft.
Wall Cloud:
- Indicacte inflow to the storm, more energy.
- Stay in position with the precipitation shaft.
- Visually, they slope upward away from precipitation shaft.

wall clouds are more likely to be found on the southern or southwestern trailing flank of an eastward moving storm while shelf clouds are found on the leading flank of the storm in most cases.
