SURFACE TROUGH EXTENDS ACROSS THE CARIBBEAN FROM 17N66W THROUGH
A 1009 MB LOW CENTERED S OF HAITI NEAR 16N72W CONTINUING W ALONG
15N75W THEN SW ACROSS COSTA RICA NEAR 10N85W. SEE SIGNIFICANT
CLOUDS/CONVECTION BELOW.
