Also I checked. It is in a mostly non sheared enviroment.

With lack of shear...its something to keep an eye on if it persists...(and doesnt interact with land)

Looks healthy but far south, unfortunately it will soon interact with the South American coast.

Actually on loop it is moving towards the North. NOt towards SA

Do you have any information of how are the surface pressures there, or just any indication of at least a Mid-level circulation?

Well the latest surface pressures are about 1008-1012 Mb's at convection along tropical wave NE of Brazil and French Guiana

The movement of the convection and the movement of the center of circulation (at the low, mid or upper levels) are generally two different directions.

The most active part of the wave is moving strait towards South America.
