Way down in the picture you can see a hint of rotating clouds but it looks to be creeping northward down there at this time and that if it continues to move that way will be bad for Puerto Rico as all know we can't afford more rain.I with pleasure will send the rain to Florida and the SE US were it is needed badly.

From the looks of that radar the warnings will be issued shortly. I don't think there is an inch of soil in PR that isn't getting rain right now and it looks like the worst is yet to come!!!
