Caribbean system dead, watch the EPAC

The system over Central America is becoming elongated and thus the probility of development is decreasing. Time to get off the bus. It was nothing more than a preseason teaser. However, the system south of Mexico looks like it is going to spin........MGC

Where is the shear strong??? The Carib, yes, but shear isn't bad near our system in the EPAC.
