Wow thanks for the great update Luis. Its to bad we cant get a crystal clear image of the tropical wave to see if it has a low level circulation. To me it looks like a possibility it does. Also, the shear looks to be somewhat retreating. Keep in mind that even though it is retreating there is still enough to cause major problems for anything that wants to organize. Only time will tell if it does develop and I hope that it does. I am glad we have such a great forecast team to keep us up to date. YOU ROCK GUYS!

Thanks to KC and msbee.It bears watching at this time msbee in terms of the rainfall for the islands especially Puerto Rico where it has recieved almost 17 inches in 2 weeks.But it also bears watching to see if wind will be a problem with all of this for the islands.
