#43 Postby SolarQuestions » Wed May 19, 2004 8:31 pm

I am just saying i do not believe Hillary is warranted for all that hate and loathing...she is simply not that bad...i think people are just intimidated by her intelligence. She is a smart strong woman ....kudos to her:) :D

P.S- i started to have lots of respect for her after i saw the way she treated newt gingrich after he called her a b----...she showed tons of class with that...and the way she stood by her man with the monica thing ....kudos again.

Hey just my opinion :D

When she quits hating the "right-wing", I will quit hating her.

Deal? :)

Posted: Wed May 19, 2004 9:49 pm    Post subject: I just dont have the heart for it

I try not to mock or ridicule anyone ...i try not to make hurtful jokes or name call anyone ....i dont have the heart for it....but hey thats me.....I wouldnt like it done to me and i couldnt do it to another ....If i have in any way i apologize to that person ...and i invite anyone to point out if i have done it to another ...i will be more than happy to apologize.

I am not perfect and i have my flaws and i wouldnt want anyone mocking me because of them .....what does the bible say about judging? I try not to do it. Peace.
.......
The problem with judging is this ...none of us our perfect and we wouldnt want our imperfections hated...we would want our good points liked. And if another wanted to really be petty they could keep the cycle rolling along....Mrs Clinton could detest and hate you just as much as you hate her ...but something tells me she wouldnt be like that.

No, you're still not actually apologizing to anyone in this post from what I can tell. It's a blanket apology -- "If i have in any way i apologize to that person ...and i invite anyone to point out if i have done it to another ...i will be more than happy to apologize." A sincere apology would be directed at a specific someone after an offense.

I don't see where you needed to apologize anyway which is part of the reason why I was confused about you saying you'd apologized. :)

i have a question

#48 Postby SolarQuestions » Wed May 19, 2004 8:35 pm

Is this generally a republican board? If so am i going to be listening to biased statements all the time while im here? The right wing have been known to be extremely biased. Being biased is so boring.

There are extremists on both sides and I feel bad for anyone who doesn't see it.

(And with that, I'm outta here! I'm still at my office, trying to get ahead of things since I'm off all next week. It's been great debating with you, SQ. G'night, everybuddy! :) )

It is a mostly Republican board, yes. You need to develop tough skin like I'm trying to.

One of the many reasons people distrust Hillary Clinton: ever heard of Whitewater?

Here's just 2 of the reasons I love Laura Bush:
1. She was a teacher and a librarian. I'd say that counts towards her working for the good of humanity.
Laura Bush Foundation: http://www.laurabushfoundation.org/release_052004.html
2. She's the Honorary Ambassador for the United Nations Decade of Literacy. In this role, she is raising awareness and support to bring literacy to people all over the world.
Check out Laura Bush's homepage for more info: http://www.whitehouse.gov/firstlady/

Laura Bush is very likable. She doesn't go around saying there's a "left wing conspiracy". In fact, she stays largely out of politics.
