Update of ENSO 5/19/04=No signs of el nino

Even as a little than average warm waters are in the central pacific at el nino 3-4 areas no el nino is in sight.Read the update and comment about it.

Good. I hated the 1997 season because of stupid El Nino. Not to mention the weather is just downright crazy during El Nino.
