Marlena's coming to Galveston Island in the future, but for the present time, she's waiting to make sure she doesn't have to walk towards the white light, which means she dead and can't come here?
Didn't they have to go to an island once before? Something with Hope and that Hope lookalike? Gina, was it? Of course, my mind keeps telling me something about an ice princess also, but that was from General Hospital and Luke and Laura-related.

See, didn't even watch that scene Garrett and I knew she'd be alive. And/or not be the real Marlena. Keep me posted, I want to be right! But not enough to watch again - my life is crazy enough right now, LOL. Not that I begrudge you watching this show....I used to be a Days fanatic. Back when Roman 'died' in Bo's arms on a beach somewhere (mid 80s) I cried my eyes out!!! Of course he didn't die..... Just like when I sobbed that my beloved Bobby Ewing died when he flat lined in the hospital.....now that was a 'dream', LOL! Again, mid 80s. That sure was a tearful decade, for me anyway!!!

I'm guessing that I'll need to record Monday's episode also, since the Rummy testimony shot everything back by a day.
Friday's supposed revelation of the "twist" will be on Monday's episode, right, Garrett? I just watched Friday's ep this morning and Marlena has been buried alive in her casket. Surely that's not the twist?
I thought it was a silly blunder when, first we see everyone standing at the above-ground casket during the graveside ceremony, and then later, as John stands near Marlena's headstone where flowers are laid on top of her gravesite and he sprinkles a handful of dirt over it, there wasn't more dirt. I mean, in most cases, a freshly enterred grave does not have a full carpet of grass over it. There should have been a nice little pile of soil on top of the buried casket.
Based on what I've seen so far, I'm pegging Lexie and the mortician as being in on the twist. In this episode alone, the writers placed far too much emphasis on how Lexie pronounced Marlena dead and how the mortician embalmed her body. The mortician is obviously going to play a recurring character during all of this since they are featuring him as much as they are. I can't help but be suspicious.
So, again, I'm still stuck with knowing that Marlena isn't dead, Celeste knows about it, Sami is pretty sure too, and no one else believes it. Absolutely nothing else is making sense in regards to the serial killer plotline. And where was Bo during the funeral? Are John and Sami that po'ed at him since he gave the shoot to kill orders? Could he be in on it too? He knows Marlena wasn't really shot maybe?
And why in the world is Nicole sometimes dressing up in the old woman disguise that Jan usually wears? They're both so weird!

Aha - I knew Marlena couldn't kill anyone! I was right about that at least! Yes I tuned in today. The truth is coming out. Do I understand any of this - not on your life!!!
I've been doing part-time work at home for my husband's company. So it was the perfect excuse to turn on Days. Not that I'm going to watch it again. LOL
It will be nice to see all of the faves return now. Roman appeared today. However, that is not the Roman I remember! That is Chris (Days, circa early 80s)!!!

Jackie - I think one by one, Marlena will be re-introduced to the Salem citizens she thought she murdered. They'll drag this out for days....well it is called Days afterall. LOL Then and only then, will someone answer the all important question/questions - Why did this happen? And Who is responsible?
Any guesses when we'll know the answers to these questions? Let's see it's May 25. I'm guessing June 15th.
And then they'll slowly figure out a way to merge the two communities or bring all of them back to real Salem.
Who came up with this idea? It wasn't Ken Corday was it? He's possibly deceased by now.....can't remember.
