That is Chad's work on the front of the board and sometimes he forgets to change the numbers. :)

Can't wait to start tracking. Hopefully we have lots of activity with little in the way of landfalls.

Soon

#57 Postby bevgo » Mon May 24, 2004 9:39 pm

I am looking forward to being on-line and tracking as much as possible this year. First time in years I will not have to be at work for days for a threat! Woo Hoooooo! I wonder how much time the doctors give us this year if there is a possibility. I don't even know if there are other storm nuts like myself there. I may end up being the official office information source, again. It really amazes me how few people are uninformed about a threatning storm.

:) Time to drag out the big box of supplies and replace all the batteries and candles we used during off season so I can avoid the rush. I like to get supplies early, pack them in a box and then when the season is over we use everything so it is not wasted. Saves me a lot of time in lines and expense all at once. If a storm threatens all I have to do is drag out my supply box and the major things are ready. Always have last minute stuff to buy though.

Good that you are preparing early because you never know if this season that area where you live will be threated. As a saying says prepare for the worse but hope for the best.
