I ran out of milk at work so I poured some vanilla flavored Coffee Mate into my oatmeal. It was delicious. Try it!!!

I do this, too. I love it on my oatmeal! Glad I am not the only who does it. My family thinks I am insane. :D

I remember now. I have a recipe for it in French Toast and so I figured that if it worked well for my french toast (which it did) it should work in my oatmeal (which it did). ;)

Here is the French Toast Recipe... it is yummy, too!

1 1/2 cup eggs
2 tbsp CoffeeMate
Dash of Cinnamon
Bread

Speaking of Coffee Mate...in my early years I used to call it Cream Mate! No I never drank coffee in those years...have had it only occasionally nowadays...but main caffeine take for me is iced tea. :)
