Another day another unclear picture about what will transpire in the western caribbean in comming days with a low pressure developing according to the models. At link above the Key West discussion says that it is uncertain what will happen down in the caribbean.Shear must go down in a big way to get things going so for now folks the only thing to do is to continue to watch the area and get new model runs and see if they continue to develop something or they drop it.What I want to happen is for any kind of moistere going up into Florida that needs it badly and it doesn't matter if it comes from a true tropical ststem,a hybrid system or from an upper trough or a tropical wave but the important thing for Florida and the SE US is to get plenty of needed rains.
Still is unclear the picture about possible caribbean system

dry Fl
Hey Luis, thankyou for the info I live in SE FL and my Lake is usually 8 ft deep, its now only 2 or 3 feet deep any rain you get in Puerto Rico just funnel it to South Fl. We just need a steady rain for a week and or drought index is now over 600.
