that Phoenix was officially hot today since in the desert it's only warm until it hits 100F. Tucson is expecting only warm weather with highs around 97F this week.

Geez that is some heat. Luckily it rarely (maybe every few years) hits 100 down here but we have plenty of days in the mid 90's with stifling humidity .

It is near 90 once again this afternoon due to weaker onshore flow and less marine layer influence. Not bad for some of you but warm by our standards.
