Nope, too much westerly shear. If you look at a loop of teh IR or visible GOM you will see the tops being blown from west to east. This is seen in the wispy clouds on teh eastern side of the frontal boundry/cold front.
Now if the front is to persist, and draw east and northeast we may get to see a gale center in the Atlantic.
