food poisoning
I have food poisoning. I have rarely been so sick. Has anyone here had it, and what did you do for it? Thanks

Main thing is to NOT get dehydrated. Try some emetrol to calm the nausea, etc. Suck on ice chips. If you start feeling your heart race, go to the hospital so they can give you an i.v. and a shot of phenergan. I've been there. Ended up in the hospital for almost 8 hours. Not fun. I'll think happy thoughts for you. Crackers might help as well.
