Well, I just read my post above again and it sounds real heartless. Sorry if I rubbed salt in the wound. I hope this works out to your favor, Bron. If I did transmissions, I'd come do yours.

so sorry to hear about your misfortune. it happens to all of us one way or another at some point. the fact you gave the benefit of a doubt suggests you believe in the good of people which is an admirable trait of yours that hopefully this event won't change. money comes and money goes so don't sweat the loot. in the grand scheme of things, they'll get theirs. p

i have enjoyed reading everyone's advice, shut the guy down with an S2K CARPETBOMB!!!

There are SO MANY SCUMBAGS out there nowadays, it makes me SICK! But never fear, the WMAT POLICE K9 SAR Unit is on their way Bron! We'll sic Macy and Sweetz on this jerk!

First off, file a PD report, get a hold of the BBB, call the paper (all of this has been said before) and if THAT don't work, call us, I'd "LOVE" to try my new S&W CANNON out "LOL!"

I think it's a wonderful service that they provide. Many times it it's something minor (like potholes, etc.), but they do get soemthing doen about it, especially since it's being broadcasted over the news!

Call the police and give them a detailed description of the crook and what he did to you. He is probably scamming others. :grr:

Great advice comin' your way Amanzi! (and Duck....how DID you do that?!?!)

I sure agree a call to both police and BBB should hopefully get needed results....I like the TV station idea too. Unfortunately, you are most likely NOT the only victim this fella has.....good for YOU to put suggestions into actions to stop him!.....p

My friends all call me resourceful, but you can call me "Duckie."

I used to spend most of my library time in the reference/non-fic section during grade school. I never was into reading Beverly Cleary or Judy Blume books as much as my classmates, although I did read the required fiction for classwork. I just never have been much of a bookworm in regards to novels and stories. Also, whenever I'd ask a question about something my mom wasn't sure about, she'd say, "Go look it up and find out." So one of my strengths now is looking up and finding information.

I'm just glad I could help Amanzi. :)
