NOAA weather radio expands to the Virgin Islands

It is nessessary to have NOAA radio to get the latest information about weather and especially when things get hot in terms of flooding,threatening storms or hurricanes and for people who have small craft boats.Also the island of Culebra will have another NOAA transmitter soon.

You guys in ST Marteen dont have NOAA radio there?

but maybe I am wrong
I have a scanner
maybe I can pick it up on that?
