Rain Rain Rain

#1 Postby southerngale » Sun Mar 16, 2003 12:40 pm

A wet Sunday for us here in Southeast Texas. I just got home from church and it's been raining since I got up at 6:30. I don't know what time it started though. T-ball practice was cancelled Thursday due to rain and we've got practice again tomorrow. I hope it'll dry up by then. :o More rain in the forecast for the next several days.

Their first game is Saturday and it keeps raining on practice days!! :(

Ticka...is all this getting you? Looks like it is just east of Houston stretching into Louisiana.

Could you send some rain up our way Southerngale. I would appreciate it! Never mind... I bet we get our fair share of rain this week as well.

I'd be happy to. As much as I love rain, it's interfering with the start of T-ball. (grrr)

Southerngale,

Its just missing us - we have been very cloudy and its drizzling - no steady rain. After the 8 inches we had on Thursday - we don't need anymore rain.

Looks like Tuesday they are showing for Severe Weather Outbreak for us here in SE Texas again - will we be under the GUN again?

Comments and forecasts welcome.

Southerngale, would you believe it is Sunny and warm in W Houston?? We had some drizzle this am on the way to church, but it has done nothing more than that and we now are looking at weather that forces me to go outside and so yard work!

Ticka, I do not see the severe threat for our area for tuesday, but I could easily be wrong. There is somewhat of a threat though in NE TX on into OK, KS, MO, and AR.
