Tropical Update: 18 Apr

After a short leave of absence... the tropical update has returned. Not a lot is featured in this update -- just a weak invest system numbered 90W.

yup... too boring. Nonetheless, the trip was good, regardless of the circumstances.

Anyway... the 22Z update is posted. (I know... weird time, but I don't make the fixes.)
