I really like both but I think I prefer A-1 better

Depending on the meat, I use Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce (beef-pork), Kikkoman soy sauce (pork-chicken) or malt vinegar (fish).

When I have meat I just marinate the meat in Italian Salad Dressing and throw it on the grill. I much prefer grilled fish.

Don't use steak sauce, just put my steak on the grill for 5 minutes lol I like it RARE
