The UKMET is showing a tropical cyclone at 20N and 50W or so. Check it out....

It will not be too long until this will really mean something....the UKMET output, that is.

wow.. good job dude.. ana started last year near the same location, same time... ana ... extratropical: 29.1N 66.2W... April 18th and lasted 9 days... Remember, ana, or what would become ana was floating around out there while we were still in new orleans at the conference.. and if i remember correctly, UKMET scored on that one didnt it??

I also hear that nothing will come out of this & yes it is a bit further north than advertised.

It doesnt look as good now as it did Monday afternoon...more elongated and trough-like :(
