Whether this moves towards Florida or not.. we need rain and lots of it.. Though not all at once lol

This low isn't going anywhere near Florida. It's already north of 30N over water too cool for tropical development. Just a subtropical cold-core low now. Should hang around the upper low for 4-5 days and eventually kick off to the north, staying 2000+ miles east of the U.S.

You're referring to the wave of low pressure that's progged to develop tomorrow across an old stalled out boundary that will likely spark off some severe weather for Florida northeastward into the Carolinas Sunday and Monday...
