Maybe above normal activity, but it is all well below 10º so I wouldn't put too much into it yet. Do I think it will be an active season? DEFINITELY!!! A preview of things to come?? Maybe.

Yes it is. Just started watching it on Monday and was surprised. westerlies seem to be migrating north, as the ITCZ pulses. Next pulse might be timely for late May/June.
