Two people died, 35 were hurt and thousands of houses were destroyed by a storm that affected yesterday the coast of the south of Brazil, said civil employees of the Civil defense. All of this and the Brazilian authorities said there was no reason to alert the public right before the hurricane hit. I can't find any other words to describe them except idiots.
