OK I am here to report the beginning of the end of Winter 2003-2004 AND the beginning of severe weather season 2004 which will lead up to hurricane season 2004!!!! Like it or not, we may still have a cold outbreak or two, but this winter season is coming to an end and quickly-if u blinked, u missed it~~Great news for us southerners who love storms and hurricanes.

Flowers are blooming here in Jacksonville, fl...my porch is covered with some unknown flowers that blew out of a tree...they were fully bloomed!!! Azaleas are blooming too AND flowering!!!... cars have been covered with beutiful yucky pollen... We were in the 80's all week here spring/summer is on its way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Winter officially ends a week from this Saturday, Saturday, March 20th.

Sure, but indeed first a cold Tuesday morning coming across northern and the northern portion of central Florida with temperatuers down into the 30's.
